SHIPPING

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, launches or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 per order. Selected bulky or heavy products are charged at a flat rate of $21.95 per order. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout.

Orders are sent using Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside our control.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, make an incorrect selection, find the item cheaper elsewhere, or decide you no longer want the item.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible so we can assess the issue and help.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a problem is minor, we may choose to provide an appropriate remedy, such as a repair or replacement, within a reasonable time. We will reimburse reasonable return-postage costs where the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
